A downloadable game for Windows

This is the project I made for one of my university modules, Game Prototyping.

For this module, we had to make a platformer game which contains the three following mechanics:

1. A jetpack

2. An inventory system

3. A quest system.


I made this game, Project Propellant, for this module. In Project Propellant, you must gather, craft and deliver items within an area using your jetpack to traverse the level. As the player, you are able to hold multiple items within your inventory at once, but each item has its own weight and the more you weight, the slower you move when using the jetpack.

The goal of the game is the complete orders on time. Each order has a specific location you must deliver to and a set of items that must be delivered. If you fail to complete an order on time, you receive a strike. Three strikes and you're out.
